Admissions 2025-26

Acharya University is offering 100 grants to deserving meritorious students. These grants are designed to support students in pursuing their educational goals and are available in both full and partial amounts. The university may offer grants over and above the 100 Grants if they find deserving students based on their performance in AUET(Acharya University Entrance Test).

Selection Process

The selection of grant recipients will be based on the Acharya University Entrance Test (AUET). The AUET is a crucial step in the admission process for all applicants. After the AUET, the top rank holders will be shortlisted for a face-to-face interview with the University’s selection committee. The interview provides an opportunity for candidates to showcase their passion, skills, and potential to contribute to the field of information technology. The committee will evaluate the candidates based on their performance in the interview.

Application Guidelines and Admission Process

  • Step 1: Access the Online application by visiting the Acharya university website www.acharya.uz/applynow. Fill in the required details. Post clicking 'Register' you will get an Application Reference Number (ARN). Keep the ARN safe for future correspondence. Example: AU/23/35.
  • Step 2: Key in your 'Date of Birth', Personal Identification number issued by the Government, Click “Save & Continue” for step 3.
  • Step 3: Provide permanent address, correspondence address and click ‘save & continue’.
  • Step 4: Provide Academic background details such as qualification, region, school/lyceum studied, and passing year for Grade 11 or Lyceum Certificate. Also select English certification Yes/No. If yes, please select the certification type IELTS/CEFR/TOEFL. Please note that the English Certification is NOT mandatory for Admission at Acharya University.
  • Step 5: As part of the application process, you’ll need to upload your Grade 11 or Lyceum certificate, whichever is applicable to your educational system, under academic documents in PDF format. Make sure to upload your passport copy in PDF format and your photo in JPG format to support your application. The uploads should not exceed more than 2 MB. Click Save & Continue for the final step.
  • Step 6: Pay an Application fee of US $2 online through the secure payment gateway.

Note: If in case you are logged out during any of the above steps, please visit www.acharya.uz/applynow and click on 'Already Registered'. You can continue from where you left off by logging in using the ARN (Application Reference Number) or your registered mobile number.

  • Step 1: Post submitting your application and your documents online, the university shall review your application. The university officials may contact you for any clarifications. On successful review, you will be sent an Admit Card for Acharya University Entrance Test (AUET) as per the timeline shared.
  • Step 2: Appear for Acharya University Entrance Test (AUET) on the designated date and time mentioned in the admit card. This test will assess your aptitude and knowledge in the field of information technology. Be prepared to showcase your skills and abilities.
  • Step 3: Announcement of Shortlisted Candidates after the completion of the AUET. Candidates will be notified through the university’s website and through Telegram.
  • Step 4: If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to participate in the counselling process. Counselling sessions are conducted to provide guidance and information regarding program choices, course requirements, and any additional documents needed for admission. Attend the counselling session as per the given schedule.
  • Step 5: Sign the Contract. Once you have successfully completed the counselling process and have chosen your program, you will be required to sign an admission contract. The contract will outline the terms and conditions of your admission, including academic policies, code of conduct, and financial obligations.
  • Step 6: You will need to pay the applicable fees within the stipulated time. Detailed instructions regarding the fee payment process will be provided to you during the counselling session and will also be available on our website www.acharya.uz.
  • You should have completed your Grade XI (11 years of compulsory education) or should have passed Lyceum.
  • Candidate should qualify Acharya University Entrance Test (AUET).
  • Clear the Personal Interview / Online Interview.
